Great to see.............a year ago we struggled to get even 1 goal in !

It jas been an impressive turnaround

I must say I wasn't sure about Mancini at first..but Italy have a clear identity on the pitch...and it it pretty.

Oh dear heavens.. we survived the first game after international break..I always get nervous for the first game after International break... we always seem disjointed. ..last few minutes was a bit of a shocker...but okay..got the result.

At times is was beautiful..at times not so much..

Looking forward to United Liverpool tomorrow.

Today’s games, at least half of them were determined by VAR, gives me a dilemma.

Good game from United...they actually had a plan and stuck with it for most of the game. Edited by Gen

Arsenal dropped their lipstick again last night. I honestly can't understand Emery's team selection or lack of game plan.

Emery has changed for the worse. When he joined us he had a game plan and if it didn't work he would go to plan B, now there is nothing. We would play high pressing football and now we sit back and let everyone come at us. He wasn't afraid to make big decisions. If a player wasn't performing he would yank them at HT, now he persists playing the wrong player and then subs the best player on the pitch.

Agreed, we had some nice touches especially from Pepe but as a whole, in 2019 Emery has lost his personal impressions he made on the team when he started. I would dearly like him to go back to the guy he was when he started with us. It's not about results that I'm basing my opinion on, but more on style of play, adaptability when our backs are against the wall and team selection.

Don't get me wrong, he has made some very good changes to our clubs culture both on and off the pitch but i feel he has lost his identity of late.

Lol well that was cutting it fine

Credit to Lokomotiv though..

They scored first against the run of play and were then very compact and didn't let us near goal. Sarri made early changes in the second half (Higuain for Sammi and Rabiot for Matuidi).we could then open them up.. Dybala moved into the trequartista role while Betancur filled Sammi's role. Dybala got 2 goals in 2 minutes..that is just the role best suited for him...beautiful goals.

I get why Sarri started with the 11 he did, we have something like 7 games in 2 weeks..but great that he made the changes needed.

Patience was key here..

Some glimmers of the old Spurs last night... telling that Eriksen, Toby and Rose were all benched or left out completely. Top players, but rumored to be ruining the team dynamic...

Poor opposition of course, Liverpool this weekend will be a lot more telling I guess.

Maybe pogba should stay injured for a while. Man united without him seem to have a lil spark.

Ole Alex May have been right,
