Anyone have an entry they wont be using? Or know of one thats going?

My sister in law botched her entry and forgot about it and she is supposed to be cycling for a charity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ok so i found tickets, does anyone know what the procedure is to transfer the tickets?

From http://www.cyclechallenge.co.za/cyclechallengeterms

No participant may sell their number, or allow anyone else to ride under that number. Should a participant be in breach of this, she/he will be immediately disqualified and banned from participating in the Cycle Challenge for 5 years. No protest will be entertained in this regard. A participant may organise a substitution with the Race Office which can be done for a fee of R200.00 within the prescribed period. The original entry fee will not be refunded. The person who is being substituted will have their number removed from the database and a new number will be allocated. Seeding will be according to the new participant’s individual seeding index.

So contact that race office

To add to that - when I did a sub in the past I had to get the 'proof of entry' (downloaded pdf) plus an approval letter from the third party, which you then have to present when you reg.

[iMPORTANT NOTICE] Substitutions may be facilitated at Number Collection. If you know of someone who is no longer participating please ensure they have a valid entry – there are some scammers out there! The entrant no longer participating will need to send you their Telkom 947 Cycle Challenge number collection document in order to facilitate the substitution. Each race number is connected to your emergency contact details and personal information so selling or swapping numbers is strictly prohibited.

Limited late entries will be available at Number Collection (late entry fees will apply)
