You should be able to claim that from your All Risk policy.  Let's say you have R20 000 cover under All Risk, not specified, you can claim a max of R5000 per item less your excess. It is usually 1/4 of your total cover max per item.

The Bont uppers are glued to the carbon sole structure at that point and it seems quite easily separated.

I had a front wheel wash out and my shoe looked exactly the same.

Hey guys, reviving an old thread here.

 

I have a pair of Giro Empires that have seen better days. They've been relegated to my IDT shoes.

I'd love to give them a custom paint job and I'm fairly confident in my artistic ability.

 

My main concern is using the correct paint. I've done plenty of research online and 9/10 people are using Angelus paints which I can get in SA sadly.

 

Has anyone had any success with anything available locally?

 

I'm sure I could ask some of the guys on here that do it professionally but I feel a bit bad asking people to reveal their trade secrets to a n00b.

 

If anyone has any advice I'd love to hear it!
