M Hickley Posted December 8, 2018 Share Hi.Need some advice please. I bought a new Silverback Sido. The rear suspension starter squeaking after 5 rides. I suspect that it might be the tophat bushes. Is it wise to use something like WD40 on them. I already checked the torque settings and everything is fine. I had the same problem with a new anthem couple years ago luckily I could take it back and they greased everything and never had a problem again. martinh Posted December 9, 2018 Share If it's the top linkage above the rear tire you might have the same problem I had. There are 4 washers in the linkage which have been pinched when they were installed. When I replaced mine the squeking was gone.
