Welkom Trails - December

Hi everyone

 

I am going to the in-laws for about a week, they live in Welkom.

 

Are there any MTB routes available to ride there? I know I can't expect the same kind of climbing etc of the Western Cape, but would be lekker to join a local club or a few people for a ride or 3 while I am there.

 

Any ideas?

Go to the Koppie Alleen reservoir.

Entrance in Vida str (no coffee though)

There is a bike park there.

Its pretty flat but if the wind blows its takes its toll.
