Agreed, it's a different scenario entirely... but I think it was in there to further illustrate the point that all human beings have the full and final saying wrt their bodies. Even when dead. 

 

But anyway, let's not nitpick on one small point. The general points still remains well illustrated

 

The problem with the analogy is that it doesn't address the key issue for anti-abortionists - "That you are choosing to kill-off a living human being". The same for the analogy jaquers posted earlier - doesn't address the issue that pro-choicers don't consider a fetus a living human being.

I'm pro choice and I consider the fetus human within the first trimester... But then I am also pro euthenasia.. so I might be slightly different to the norm

That's the whole thing... I am similar in views, but there is no one box fits all solution for everyone.

 

Discussing this all has again pointed out there are a million opinions and different permutations, and that is why people should be allowed to choose.

 

It let's people do what they believe is the right thing for them, not what other people think is the right thing for them...
