I know the guy from a not so nice deal. He is not all that honest. He builds and sells bikes, but put bigger wheels on frames and then claims that it is that size bike. Also had to service the "just serviced fork" and replace the brakes that "just needed a service"

 

Who is this seller? Doesn't sound like they should be trusted

He sells bikes with mismatched wheels ?

 

Sounds like Neil who would break up stolen bikes and move the parts around in order to hide the provenance..

 

Or that sleg rugby player thing who "traded in" golf equipment and was bust lifting some high value clubs from a bag, only to have sold the shaft by the time he got caught.
