So you remove the shock Wednesday afternoon - when did you courier it??When did it arrive there. Today is Monday and you are already posting on social media - man that's quick.The older I get the dummer I am - please help. Nee ooo jinne hier kom 'n ding !!! let me clarify.i booked the service online on Wednesday last week.Monday this week no one has collected the shock, i had tried calling and emailing to follow up and struggled to get hold of anyone.late on Monday i managed to get someone on the phone.this is what i have learnt since then.Omnico arrange the courier - this never happened due to an internal glitch in their booking platform.So if i had not got hold of them a chased a collection would not have happened and i would be waiting around with a dissembled bike unable to ride for quite some time.
