i'm missing something here. !!!

 

 

You say " if the shock arrives at them early in the week(Monday) they can have it back to you before the weekend."

 

So you remove the shock Wednesday afternoon - when did you courier it??

When did it arrive there.

 

Today is Monday and you are already posting on social media - man that's quick.

The older I get the dummer I am - please help.

let me clarify.

i booked the service online on Wednesday last week.

Monday this week no one has collected the shock, i had tried calling and emailing to follow up and struggled to get hold of anyone.

late on Monday i managed to get someone on the phone.

this is what i have learnt since then.

Omnico arrange the courier - this never happened due to an internal glitch in their booking platform.

So if i had not got hold of them a chased a collection would not have happened and i would be waiting around with a dissembled bike unable to ride for quite some time.

updated. shock is now back with me
