Glad to hear the same world class service is in effect, I heard rumours of them using a different delivery partner - think it was SAPO - which was concerning.

They used SAPO for mine in June

Yor, I was very lucky, just had to replace dial, no other stress and used same lace, 1 minute jobbie

They do use SAPO. If you need them in an emergency first chat with their support they will send them from the US (FedEx) rather than Hong Kong with SAPO.

I am in search of a left L6 Boa dial if anyone has one. I have lodged a warranty claim but I am worried I won't receive it before CTCT.

Help a rubber out.
