MTB Trail on Lion's head

I know there is a MTB Trail on Lion's Head/signal Hill on the seaboard side. Can anyone advise how to get on this trail, i.e. where does it start?

i found a cycle path up  at the mosque, there is a path leading down towards the right that was meant for cyclist if i remember correct,

Yes just before the kramat (referred to as mosque above) there's 2 white poles with a SANParks sign

1 route takes you to sea point side other back to the Glen

Start on the saddle near the Kramat and the path takes you in the direction of Fresnaye. At the wooden bench the path goes right direction Seapoint or left around Lions Head which spits you out after about 5km not far from the Round House. The riding is quite technical and you likely encounter walkers and trail runners.
