947 Ride Joburg Route for Strava or Garmin, where can I find it?

Go to Garmin Connect on your web browser, then click on Training on the left menu, and select Courses from the list below that.

Select Nearby Courses just below Course Type. Don’t select course type as some people don’t always split their rides between road and MTB.

Move the map to the area of the start, i.e. Riversands, and you’ll see all the MTB and Road.

I do not know if this will help you, but here is a GPX file created from my Strava data for last year's road race.

Edit: Sorry, the file is too big to attach. It's about 5.3 MB, and I am only allowed a file of 2 MB max.

I can e-mail it if you cannot find it elsewhere.

PIck one that suites your ride time, and distance, then click on Send to Device, or download the GPX, FIT or TCX file.
