I feel for Cavagna, he’s been in many breakaways on this tour, looked really good too.

The way he reacted when they caught him at 2km to go showed his frustration.

I predict yellow Jumbo train on the front, snooze fest until the last few hundred metres where a few attacks happen and at most a few seconds get taken here and there

Roglic seems to struggle over 15% so that would advantage Carapaz, if it’s not that steep for too long then I think it’s a done deal.

 

Carthy, hhmmm, who knows what he has left in those legs, and for Martin I’m still living in hopes, but to be honest they’re very slim; a minute is a lot to catch up on a good rider in the 3rd week.
