Strava reports

So, I have finally given in and I now have a strava account. The free version. 

 

How do you get the silly thing to give you a weekly review of where you ride, the distance avg speed etc for the rides in a tabular format. Sort of like a summary.

 

Maybe the software is so clever, I must be silly.

Link strava to this and that, then cross reference and  re integrate and hope like hell the sun shines.

 

I think pen and paper will be easier.
