Pivot grease recommendation?

What grease should I use for pivots on a suspension frame?  It looks like they used copper compound or something like it.  

 

While I am asking what should I use for all the pivots on a dual pivot road bike brake caliper. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Bearings you can stick grease on nylon bushings shold be cleaned and re-assembled dry as far as I am aware.

Maybe only where the bolts/shafts go through the bearings but otherwise no greasing needed.

BB, I am still waiting for you to tell me in a stern voice that I should, in stead, have bought the Orbea 

 

I assume that the plastic only holds the metal bush in place but also takes the side load.  The main pivot action should be between the metal bush and bolt.
