A mate of mine got a brand new smart trainer (on wheel) but he's having issues with his rear derailleur as it's not springing back/ putting tension the chain. This is beyond my ability and with the lock down, he can't get anyone to help him. Is anyone able to assist with a WhatsApp video call to him to help out? Please DM me.
