Tromps Posted June 30, 2008 Share I can't say. I don't think I are enough before and during the ride. And also I might have to loo kat getting more of the right foods in to my stomach for my riding. I have to start eating better. I have to get food in to my tummy that will sustain me longer. I sound like a biokenticsisctsssss thinghy...
