I baught a seat and a sram shifting clamp from Aliexpress in February.

It still did not arrived at the

Post-Office. The tracking number is not found on any tracking app like 17-Track or even Aliexpress.

The SAPO app was quite useful in the past showing me where my package is.

 

What should I do? I only have the international tracking number which means nothing to the post office.

They need the local one which should be given to me by customs.

 

I can't even open a dispute on aliexpress to get my money back.

Avoid SAPO altogether in any form!

 

 

I've been using Aramex Global Shopper with supplies who ship to Hong Kong, not that unreasonable. Going to try via Singapore as well, but the Hong Kong router works well.
