Anyone have vintage Headshok bikes that need servicing?

 

Interested to know as I have two F series bikes 1996 and 2000 that need work. Anyone doing this in SA?

Seal kits are a bit of a challenge to source too.

which headshok unit is it?

Elastomer spring or air sprung? Send me details and I will see what I can do before committing

I have 2 bikes 1996 F700 with the DD50 elastomer / oil and a 2000 F1000sl with Fatty Ultra (70mm travel) with air / oil.  So basically both types.

 

I'm also looking for needle bearings.

I have sourced needle bearings for pedals for R&V bearings in Voortrekker rd.

needle bearings for the Headshok system aren't easy to come by the needed size and width since they're an imperial size.
