EPIC BRAIN Debonair 2019 Shocks Tuning

Hi 

 

Any advice on where in cape town i can have the front and rear shocks fine tuned.

I have similiar setup like https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/dual-suspension-bikes/427210/2019-s-works-epic-large

 

It feels hard as hell even with front fork fully opened, no plushness on both forks. 

Yeah I tried a lot of variations, youtube etc. reading manual etc.

 

Yor I'm struggling to find sweet spot on this bike.

Obvious question: is the sag set to the correct amount front and rear for your weight in your riding gear? This could be something as simple as air pressure, balancing the positive and negative air chamber or just the fact that it is an XC race bike an won't really be a plush experience

Any ideas, comments on the debonair brain vs normal SID brain setup? What have others experienced?
