Where can I find road bike stems for 25.6mm clamp diameter

Hi all. Where can I find road bike stems for 25.6mm clamp diameter It’s for a Pinarello Surprise 1999-2000. It had a 100mm, I’m looking for any stem that would fit 80mm or shorter. Any ideas?

You can get handlebar shims to space out a regular (standard these days) stem to fit an old 25.6mm bar.
Then you can use any stem.   That's probably the easiest.

Seems like most bike shops, especially the older ones, will have a box of these they cant shift...

which clamp diameter? The steerer tube clamp or the handlebar clamp?
