no thanks, way too far and the fact that the long race starts at 11 doesn't help... only way I went was to make it a family trip to nowhere, the race being right in the middle of the day isn't ideal.

11am start at least means driving through that morning is possible, but yeah there isn't even a restaurant in Laingsburg for the family to kill some time (unless you count the Wimpy at the garage)...
