Quality rethread service in Cape Town.

I know a similar thread exists but I found most of the information to be outdated.

To cut a long story short. Is anyone aware of a bicycle or automotive shop that provides a quality rethreading service?

I have a crank that requires new threads on both arms.

Some wanker sold me a faulty crank. I have since recovered my money and for all my troubles, I also retained said crank.

Now I am trying to see if it's salvageable so I can  use it on another bike.

It's an ultegra crank. I ended up taking them to Grease monkey, thanks.
