Please help with a non standard stem

Hi all, I have an old cannondale road bike and the guy I bought it from had 22mm flat bars on it.

I want to put 31.8mm drop bars on it, but the fork has a 1 1/4" steerer tube, and I cant find a stem that has a 1 1/4" (31.8mm) steerer tube clamp. 

If anyone has one and is selling it, or knows of where to get one, please help me out.

A Giant OD2 stem should fit, what length do you need?

Hey man, I'm looking for something pretty short, like 60 or 80mm

Just be warned that the Specialized adjustable stem probably won't work, I had to get a spacer like 1mm or 2mm thick to make mine work on my Canyon. I think the Giant ones are a good shout.

I have a Cannondale C2 stem which I'm pretty sure is a 31.8mm, However it is a 110mm stem. This pic is downloaded from the interwebs but it looks like this.

I think they need a larger diameter on the steerer side, not the bar clamp
