If possible, where can I get my wife's Garmin VivoActive 4S's screen fixed

During our December holidays my wife brushed up on a face brick wall whilst passing me in a hallway. Her watched lightly scraped the brick, unfortunate at the perfect angle to crack the screen/glass. I must add we were both shocked with how little pressure it took the do the damage, a screen protector could possibly have solved this issue.

Given the poor reviews from Garmin's technical repairs on the Hub and elsewhere on the web, does anyone else know of a reputable repair Centre/person in the Gauteng area?

Contacted Garmin a minute ago, they mentioned that they do not do any screen repairs to their watch range in SA, they do however offer a discount for the replacement of the same unit, replacement costs sat at R2500 for this specific model. It is also subject to their review of the unit and it begin book in, will update the tread after the process of being reviewed by the tech team etc. .

Update - worked out well, watch was replaced at R2703.00

What you described is what they normally do. They don't repair but give you a replacement unit at a discounted price.

I had a good experience with them last week. I dropped off a damaged edge GPS at their Rosebank offices on Wednesday and got a brand new unit on Friday.
