Shorten m7100 chain

Guys just made such a cock up....broke my new chain a link to short...so it being female can I break another link ?what will this do?

Two quick.links and a bit from the off.cut will work

Like ChrisF said - use the thinner link from the piece you broke off and use 2 quick links - sorted

There's no hope, the chain is wrecked, you need to box it up nicely and send it to Postnet Woodhill under my name 😜.

Ha nice 1 🤣🤣🤣was just wondering as a bit of a noob if it was possible to leave 2 links short and what this would do?the other thing is a quick link Like I have needs 2 males....so I'd have to cut more links to fit more ?

One "narrow" link, and two quick links should do the trick ....
