The entire table or is there something on there that isn’t clear? Just trying to figure out what you need to understand.

The "total capacity" and how it works to affect things, I know GS is a short cage and SGS is long cage, but what does that do, because both have the same maximum and minimum for the rear cassette, and both can have a 22T difference on the front chainring, so how does that total capacity change?
