I havent really followed the issue, but my understanding was that the product is still  "Genuine Sony Play station" just purchased from a "grey importer" (ie) not Ster Kinekor who are the official importers.

 

But from the copy it appears they were in fact counterfeit.

 

I am surprised the court did not rule that NCH should now replace all counterfeit lines they sold with the genuine product, as it appears the customer has paid full retail for such.

 

Has NCH not offered to replace the counterfeit products with genuine lines, or are the customers just left out there with the problem.?

Widget as far as I can determine they have just recalled what was still left on the shelves....as far as the consumer is concerned it appears that they are sitting with a fake product which was purchased at full retail price.
