I would like to get the permit but the office is only open weekdays at odd hours.

Anyone know if I can send someone with monies, the completed form, and photos to purchase for me? 

Or do you have to go yourself?

Hi you can go to Bike park uitsig Constantia they kindly provide a service ...which groups 4 riders together to get the activity permit at reduced rate .they are open over weekends you'll need the TWO id  photo's certified copy of your Id form attached ..additional member
