I believe Willie Englebrecht is bringing in bikes with Bafang motors... seems the be very well priced for a carbon frame and a bafang. Not the prettiest of bikes, but good value.

A friend bought Willies Adrenaline e-bike.  Very nice looking bike.... beauty is in the eye of the e-bike owner .... :P

And Willie dont give you grief about de-restricting it .... He actually does it for you, if asked to do so ...

Pretty sure it has the Shimano motor .... uhm ... now I am wondering .... WILL check next time I am there

Certainly has Shimano for all the other components.

Hi Danie, my advise is go for the e bike. I started riding them  3 years ago and never looked back. The more you ride the fitter you will get, believe me. I’ve done over 15 000km on my e bikes and know what I’m talking about. Those people that tells you otherwise don’t know what they are talking about. In the beginning I could only do 50-70km on a 500w battery. But as time goes by I can now easily do 80  - 110km depending on route profile. But go for bigger battery. I changed mine now to 700w and can do 100-130km with 1900m of climbing easily.
Buy a bike that is not restricted to 25km/h. You will hate it. Rather stay with your normal bike then or derestrict it.

Speak to people who are riding e bikes if you want good advise. Non e bikers don’t know what advise to give. It’s like asking a guy riding a horse what plane you should buy.
