Any one heard of these bikes ?

I was at Thule a short while ago and they had a few of these displayed with Thule accessories. Nice simple commuter bikes.

Looking at the website they're not badly priced either. South African company.

The’ve been around for a while. Chances are if you see a shiny, colour matched ‘fixey’ hanging from a coffee/cafe wall - it’s a simple sam. A lot of designers spec them for that reason. It was very trendy a few years ago.
You used to find them on the walls or displays of Due South too before they got cancelled by TFG.

edit: those are all simple sams

I bought one a few years ago. Still going strong. Its a great commuter bike for around town. Very “simple” low maintenance and well put together. I see they have tourer bikes now with claris gear sets and an e-bike model in the works. Glad to see a small local business growing like this.

Im very happy with mine

N+1 - don't forget the special helmet and shoes that go with the SS.

hahaha, I've actually been politely asked to cut back, so selling 2 older bikes and will replace with 1 better MTB.

For the SS there is an old steel bike sitting at my parents that will one day land up at my place and be converted.
