Vish999 Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Hi. Recently did a bike fit and the Kappa ProLogo seat is narrow. I also find it very hard. So during my rides I tend to lift my rear alot as I'm not comfortable. He recommends getting 155mm x 255mm with a lip in the back to help with posture. I ride around 50km and plan to do more but need the comfort. . Budget is around 1k.

If I could suggest try not to limit your purchase in price as imo the seat is very important for comfort and feel on any ride and your butt and privates will thank you. Vish999 1
Tomik Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Get a decent saddle in 155 width. Don't worry about the length or the "lip" at the back. Spez Phenom is good and works for most people. You should find a used one for around a grand. If you want new, I'd look at the Giant/Pro saddles. Vish999 1
