Should I buy the Raleigh Volt 24" ?

My wife and I ride our 29" Raleigh Glide e-bikes daily on rough gravel roads. What a joy! Had them for a few months - no complaints so far.

ebikes are perfect for commuters, in this case sure the 24" is too small for him.

This range of  ebike will probably break quickly is more my issue, the only question is where and how much to fix.

I doubt Makro will offer much in the way of support.

The whole bike is a quarter of the price of the battery on more reputable bike brands.

i see the opportunity here to buy the bike and split it before even riding.

 

kind of nostalgic really, like when in the mtn energade Malcolm Lange winning everything days you could buy a top of the range raleigh for less than the fancy components were retail. get a nice frame like a cannondale and move it all over, sell the bare raleigh frame and smile..
