I love my Wattbike sessions, but it takes up a lot of my time in terms of traveling and taking me away from the office. My work situation is very fexible, but it will save me a lot of time and travelling if I can do my Wattbike workouts at home. (I stay in the Boland/Cape Town area) Any advice/ideas?
