Yyyy Posted November 17 Share Hi So long story short, my garmin is busted and i dont want to rush into a new device purchase without doing sufficient reading - don't exactly have free money laying around I want to use my cellphone as an interim solution and scanning around for training apps that can connect to power meters. Most of the free stuff will work with HR but I am a data geek and been training with power for a while now and almost feel like i cant ride without it. Came across this app Cadence - Run and Bike Tracker App for iPhone and Android (getcadence.app) They have 3 different packages. - Free - no better than anything else on the market (cant train with Power) - Pro - R52 a month or R350 pa (can train with power) - Elite - R105 a month or R700 pa. The Pro option is fairly cheap and wouldn't mind spending 2 cups of coffee a month for a interim solution. My question to the hub is, has anyone ever tried this out? The Ouzo Posted November 17 Share I have not used cadence. I used to use cyclemeter before i bought my garmin. just checking quickly now, they do offer support for power meters I was pretty happy with the app when I used to use it. Yyyy
