Hi guys

i tried selling my bike on facebook and “Agrico pty ltd” said he was interested

Told him he can come look at the bike on Sunday but he said he paid money in my account

told him i wont be giving him the bike before the eft isnt in my bank account

after that he blocked me

be on the lookou(nr of the person in photo)

What does truecaller say about the number?

 

Agrico is an irrigation supplies company so he is using their name aswell..

I have horses and other animals that require hay, and I make it a habit to report obvious hay scams as I look for legitimate hay ads on Marketplace. I definitely saw the username Agrico on one of the scam ads. 
 

(a hay scam normally means people pay “transport money” or a “holding deposit” to a hay supplier - their hay may be cheap or they may have stock when stock is scarce - no hay, there was never hay, it’s a scam, with the scammers using generic photos of hay or photos from other legitimate ads. Once you know what you’re looking for the scam ads are thankfully very obvious)

Truecaller just gives me the nr back

This guy is using your name to scam people
