MTB weekly group rides Cape Town City or Tygerberg

Hi guys i was wondering if there is weekly MTB group rides happening around Cape Town. Northern Suburbs or Town side.

im looking for something similar to what ECC does for road cycling on a Friday morning but for MTB.

The SSC group rides at Jonkershoek giving me serious fomo

any groups big groups like this?

I think hoogekraal does group shop rides in the mornings. Not sure of frequency or skill levels. Maybe go ride Conties over a weekend, end at Starke’s/dairy shed and make some new friends? Or even on the trail. They are busy enough. Plenty of groups/people who are lekker.

Black Sheep Bikes at Hoogekraal have a shop ride around Hoogekraal on Tuesday mornings, and a longer one going to other trails on Saturdays.
