Is it necessary to have a service package for W2W?

Fitfiletools havent been working for me lately. I have a garmin watch so just wearing that as well.

So tested this over the weekend. No luck doesnt work

i will also check this weekend

Must also say i have had great service from Wahoo. I have a bolt and kickr. a bit more than a year ago my kickr stopped reading power. Messaged Wahoo who requested a send them details of my issue. 2 days later with no reply i received a new wahoo at my doorstep.

Can the carbon levers be purchased separately?

Also have a Velocompact 2. Have MTB and Roadbike. Love it Tilt function is good, easy to operate. So far no hassles to report

Knipe is my go to shop I had wheel issues that sent me to two different shops and still had issues. Louis and team were recommended and issues were sorted. Hes since then built a bike for me as well. Great team
