Want to say thanks to Mike Watson and Ian.

 

Two guys who helped me out after being mugged at knife point by 3 guys. Help me recover some of my clothing items that the thieves dropped during the quick "escape"

 

Bike, phone and watch all gone though.  

Went back later with a group to search the mountain for other items they dropped and if they hid my bike. Managed to find my helmet. But thats it.

Please keep an eye out for this bike

Yeh, bleak for this... I rode up to the blockhouse yesterday morning... It was fairly busy and fairly "safe"

Sorry you had to go through this and loose your bike too.

This is the exact hot spot that flares up every 2-3 years. Normally a couple incidences, then they increase patrols and security, that goes away, everyone forgets and goes back to normal, only for it to flare up again in the exact same spot. Unfortunately it's a blind corner, with short burst up hill, and an escape for the perps down to hospital bend
