a long shot and a few things need to align

if you on strava and assuming the lost garmin person is and the necessary privacy features are not all enabled. turn it on, and or try and upload the last ride to your profile as a manual entry... this should end up on your strava saying you rode with someone, that someone should be the owner

Good Morning, Its a long shot but my garmin Varia light fell off yesterday while doing the CTCT. Can provide serial numbers for ID purposes.

Maybe a very long shot, but see if there isn’t perhaps a text file with the owner’s details in the Garmin’s root directory. I create one on all my Garmin devices. In this text file I type a message “If found please contact Name Surname at 082 123 4567” Connect the Garmin up to your computer and see if it mounts as a removable drive and look for a text file possibly named “Owner Contact Details” or something.
