Cycle Tableview to Campsbay

Hey Hubbers. Anyone have a safe route to cycle from Tableview to Campsbay. I usually run from Tableview to Camps and enter the harbour from Paardeneiland. Sometimes get stopped at security gate.

Question is, are cyclists allowed to enter the harbour to avoid the highway?

no, they don't let us in without a permit

There isn't a properly safe route at the moment I don't think. If returning home from a long ride I usually go through paarden island, over Koeberg interchange, past that stupid new Amazon development with its cyclist unfriendly roads. 

Only ok on weekends at off peak times. And not really safe at all.
