Hi,

I am going down to kysna from joburg in december for the holidays and was thinking about bringing my road bike down.

Could anyone recommend good road cycling groups for the upcoming december holidays? 

Any help would be appreciated 🙏

if you could rather bring your mtb, knysna pretty much only have 2 out and back routs and both of them are on the N2

Much of the N2 between Knysna and Plett has been converted to a double lane at certain points, which was done so at the sacrifice of the emergency lane. There are now long sections where there is no shoulder to ride on, meaning you will be sharing the left lane with trucks and slow moving vehicles.

 

A gravel bike or mountain bike will give you a whole world of options out there.
