Just a note of appreciation for the guys at www.180by2.co.za who absorbed the cost of a design flaw in a 360 camera and mount combination that Insta360 said was not part of the warranty but which was clearly the result of an incorrectly specced mount.

Not the first time these guys have delivered great service and customer relations with me and I heartily recommend them.

Yeah, they are a great bunch. Have dealt with them on occasion and their service is always great.
