Sure' date=' but what size is your seatpost? 27.2 isnt it? Mine is now 31.6! Cause its a real pain is the a$$ to take it off that seatpost and then refit it! Confused Dont worry, we will make a plan...

So Zaskar, when are you getting a 'dale for the dirt?

UPDATE: Okay Zaskar, there is a F600 for sale. Have it sanded down and repainted like your road bike.

maybe get 2 of the same bottle cages?

You know how hard it was to find a second cage to match the first? i bought one in 2006, and was only able to find another early this year.

An besides they are the same, except for the small carbon arms that hold the bottle around the middle (and the 6 odd grams difference in weight!).

The bottle cage on the seat tube doesnt need them, as the bottle is held upright and stays in place due to gravity. But on the down tube the bottle tends to vibrates out of the cage (dont ask me how, but believe me i have lost enough bottles racing in the bunches to know that it is pretty dangerous), and those extra carbon 'arms' hold the bottle securley in place.

So thats my reasoning for that Wink

Joss i wish i could!!

Ive been trying to get a 100mm EA90 road stem for months! Finally i just settled with going for the MTB version, as its exactly the same except for the face plate. Its not one that you can just switch round, as the mounts at the top and botrom are different. Ive contacted Omnico, and was told me that they only bring in the 100mm in that version! So its just something i have to live with. Angry

(Unless you know a way to get a road version, or have one to swap me?? Wink)
