(oh...and due to matric/operations/life in general i haven't done as much actual time on the bike this year) So agreed - i love hiking, swimming, gym work, squash, indoor cricket, Gyro etc. too. (basically anything that pushes up your heart rate)When there's something else that's happening, i'd easily skip a Sunday ride to rather do whatever else has come up...Cycling's for fun, and i guess that's why i'm kinda obsessed - it's the one thing i enjoy more than all the other stuff and that i've been doing the longest (12th of Sept this year, i've been cycling for half of my life) Non-sporting stuff...i'll spend hours reading or writing... I can stop any day i want to, i do a whole lot of other stuff thats nothing to do with cycling and keeps me busy with almost all my time, but all my friends say i'm cycling obsessed. Its just great to do and for people like me that use it actually to chill and get rid of stress from my current hectic scedule. I do whole lot other sports as well and go hiking and what ever more...cycling just takes the cake. Its not everything, but still is something i would like to do everyday and enjoy it as well.
