Tyre choice???

hey all

 

so i'm looking to replace my tyres...

i've been looking for something that is more puncture resistant as well.  been looking at getting the continental gatorskins (R290)... worth it?

 

i've been told that it's a soft tyre and i should stick with the maxxis tyre/cheaper tyre and put a liner in there

 

opinions?

Yes, go with the Gatorskinz. I know someone who got about 9000km out of them without a single puncture.

Gators without a doubt, was speaking to a Conti rep earlier this year and he says they are the worst tyres they ever made......... cos they last so damn long.

gators are the way to go they are good choice and value for money !!! enough said

I train on Spech All Condition Sports. Bout 120 a tyre. I get a new pair every 4-5 months or so.
