I am considering buying a Raleigh RC Team frame. According to their website, the top tube is 2cm longer than my current frame (most other geometries are very similar).

 

How will the extra 2 cm on the top tube affect me? My current frame fits me perfectly.

 

Can I play with stem length to compensate and will this affect the stability?
