If 80/85% of your riding is races or training for races then maybe yes, but for general riding (AX & Marathon) and races it's perfect. Cause of the Equilink it doesn't bob so the extra 30mm travel comes in handy when riding sgl track. Especially for us folk living near the coast.

Just thought that the std spots will mess-up the AR's neat aerodynamics and behind the seats the airflow is already "dirty"
