What happens when seat is to far forward or back.

your position on the bike changes.... Might be a good change, or a bad change... get your position set up by someone competent...

I did today.  Happy with setup they changed my setup by moving my seat 3 cm back and about 4mm down.(roady).  What happens when my seat is 3cm to far forward.

The further farward = quadriceps is more loaded

The further backwards = hamstrings and glutes is more loaded
