One of the oldest, and 'larger' riders in the Elite group is the only Capie that goes with and out climb the JHB pro's But then again; maybe he is out training 4 hrs a day like the JHB guys are???

I asked if their were any riders in the western cape that dope to which a hub members response was the picture (means Do bears cr@p in the bush?) and the answer is obviously "yes" and therein my question was answered..

Just saying it's too good to be true is not good enough, especially for someone who has no credibility yet.

Anyone who dopes in the Cape league is really, really sad and needs to get a life because he is seriously delusional
