garykid Posted December 20, 2006 Share I have had them on my mtb now for a month or so and just completed the sabie experience with them. I would not say they made me madly faster or more agile up the hills, but I did feel more efficient on the undulating terrain and my knee pain was almost non existant post ride.....which is why I bought them.
